Enrolments

We welcome your request to enrol at Forest Street Primary School.

Please complete the Application to Enrol in a Victorian Government School form. This form has been designed to support students in applying for a place at a Victorian Government School. If a student is offered a place, a School Enrolment Form, along with supporting documentation, may be required to finalise the enrolment.

We recommend you contact our office team who will support you in all enrolment processes.

Forest Street Primary School provides specialised educational programs for deaf and hard of hearing students. Please refer to the Ballarat Deaf facility policy and contact the school office for further information.
